Butterfinger Blondies

I seem to have an addiction. One which, really is pretty delicious, but unhealthy, to say the least.

However, what’s the point in living if you don’t take a risk, eat the sugary, buttery treat and savor it!

I’m addicted to Blondies. Not just simple, plain, Blondies…but Blondies with stuff mixed in. I’ve done too many combinations to count, and some may not have turned out to well, but THESE DID.

Butterfinger Blondies, my friends. Probably one of the greatest, simplest, things you’ll eat in your entire life.

Butterfinger Blondies

1/2 C Butter, Melted

1 C Light Brown Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/8 Tsp Baking Soda

1 1/3 C Flour

4  Regular Size Butterfinger Bars, chopped

Make something delicious:

Preheat your oven to 350.

Beat the butter and sugar, then add the egg. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, then beat until a thick batter forms.

Stir in the Butterfinger pieces. Scoop the batter into a greased, square pan. Sprinkle the top with more Butterfinger pieces, if you’d like.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

If you wish…make a Peanut Butter Drizzle as a topping.

Melt 1/2 cup Peanut Butter for about 1 minute to 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
