This Sunday, January 22nd, marks one of the greatest days of the year. It’s National Blondie Day!
Now, for those of you who don’t know, I’m a bit obsessed with baking Blondies. I throw everything I possibly can into the batter, just knowing that they will always turn out delicious!
This recipe is nothing less than delicious. Once you toss your Pretzel M&Ms into the batter, the beaters begin to break them up into small, yummy bites.
How will YOU celebrate National Blondie Day?
Pretzel M&M Blondies
1/2 C Butter, Melted
1 C Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/3 C Flour
1 C Pretzel M&Ms (about 3 regular size packages)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, then beat until a thick batter forms. Beat or stir in the Pretzel M&Ms. Scoop the batter into a greased, square pan and bake for 25-20 minutes.
